What is Refined Aesthetics?
Refined Aesthetics is a med spa at 4610 S Technopolis Dr, Suites 31, 35, & 37 in Sioux Falls, SD 57106. What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for treatments, weight loss or peptide therapy. The first consultation is free. Its membership, the Refinery Club, is the one set of prices it publishes: Gold at $250 a month and Silver at $150 a month, each with a $100 annual membership fee. Gold gets 20% off skincare, 15% off laser treatments, microneedling and chemical peels, $100 off filler and biostimulators, and one free chemical peel, microneedling, PICO, Tixel or Glo2 facial at 6 months. Silver gets 10% off skincare and laser treatments, $50 off filler and biostimulators, and a free Signature Facial at 6 months.
In its own words: "Your monthly membership payment is added to your wallet and can be used toward treatments whenever you’re ready." Membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and it does not offer refunds on services. It takes cash only, since its FAQ says treatments and skincare are cosmetic and not covered by insurance. It does not offer financing, including Cherry or CareCredit. Payment is due at the time of service, and cancellations need 24-hour notice.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for each treatment, and who prescribes peptide therapy, since the clinic does not describe its peptide products or protocols. Ask whether any weight loss medication is offered, which one, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the membership fee covers any medication or only discounts and wallet credit.
Ask which treatments need a consultation first. Its FAQ requires one for laser and downtime treatments. Ask whether it offers telehealth, and what a return visit costs after the free first consultation.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic injectables, lasers or facials, can pay cash at the time of service, and accept its refund and cancellation terms. If you want weight loss or peptide care with a named prescriber and prices you can see before booking, call and get those answers first.
