What is Wyo Med Spa?
Wyo Med Spa is a medical spa at 207 South Gillette Avenue in Gillette, Wyoming 82716. Most of what it offers is aesthetic and wellness care, including IPL, Botox and dermal filler, laser hair removal, facials and peels, and IV hydration. Medical weight loss is one of its services, alongside hormone therapy, pellet therapy and sexual wellness. Hours run Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with IV walk ins welcome. Friday through Sunday is by appointment only.
Its prescribers are Trisha Rinker, APRN, and Kerri DeWine, APRN, FNP-C. The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide. The hormone menu includes testosterone and Biote pellets, and it also offers sermorelin. Google shows the spa at 5 stars from 70 reviews.
What does it cost?
The weight loss consultation is $99. Semaglutide packages run from $149 a month at the first step to $399 a month at the sixth. Tirzepatide packages run from $349 to $599 a month. It does not say whether the monthly price includes the medication.
Testosterone is $400 for a 10 week supply, and that package includes medications, follow up appointments and monthly B12 injections. Sermorelin is $300 for a one month supply. Biote pellets are $350 for female pellets and $570 for male T100 pellets, which carry a 4 to 6 month supply. Hormone lab work costs an extra fee.
It does not bill insurance for its services, so everything is cash pay. A layaway option lets you pay toward a service before your appointment. It does not publish membership or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether you will see that same prescriber at each visit. Ask whether the monthly weight loss price includes the medication, and whether the medication is brand name or compounded. Ask what the labs cost before you start. In its own words: "we will run a panel of labs prior to your start for a small fee depending on the labs you may need."
Ask whether the $99 consultation counts toward your program. Ask what follow up visits and dose changes cost, and whether any of them can be done by video, since telehealth is not mentioned. Finally, ask how you cancel a monthly package and whether there is a minimum number of months.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live within reach of Gillette for regular visits, you are prepared to pay cash for medical weight loss or hormone care, and you are comfortable with a spa setting where weight loss is one service among many.
