About Mind & Body Family Health
What is Mind & Body Family Health?
Mind & Body Family Health is a nurse practitioner-led practice at 502 E. 19th Street in Cheyenne, WY 82001. Its main work is direct primary care, a flat monthly membership for ongoing visits. Megan Bade, FNP-C, is the only prescriber named, and she describes the practice as new.
Alongside primary care it offers hormone therapy, IV infusions and a weight loss and peptide membership, where care may include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its peptide list also includes retatrutide, Sermorelin, BPC 157 and NAD. In its own words: "Come in as often as needed, in person or virtually."
What does it cost?
Individual primary care is $49 a month for youth, $69 for adults and $219 for family, plus a $100 activation fee. The weight loss or peptide membership is $49 a month, also with a $100 activation fee, and it leaves out sick visits, annual physicals and hormone management. A Focused Care Visit is $150. Base IV infusions are $100 for members and $150 for non-members. The Business Health Access Plan is $69 a month per enrolled employee for teams of 1 to 5, and $59 for 10 or more.
It is cash-pay only and does not publish prices for the GLP-1 or peptide medications themselves. It does not say whether medication is included in the $49 membership, and its FAQ lists medications among the things that are sometimes not included.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $49 membership covers the medication, and what semaglutide, tirzepatide or retatrutide would cost on top. Ask whether the $100 activation fee is charged once, and how cancellation and any minimum commitment work, since it does not say. Ask when visits are available, because it does not publish hours, and what follow-up labs cost.
Megan Bade, FNP-C, is the only prescriber named, so ask whether she writes every prescription. In its own words: "All therapies are prescribed under the supervision of a licensed medical provider and sourced from regulated compounding pharmacies." Ask which of the medications are brand-name and which are compounded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay primary care practice with one nurse practitioner and you are interested in GLP-1 or peptide medications. It is less suited to someone who needs published medication prices before booking.
