About H2O Health

What is H2O Health?

H2O Health is an IV therapy and longevity clinic with offices in Brookfield and in the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee. It describes itself as locally owned and physician-led, founded and operated by Dr. Alia L. Fox, M.D. It lists Dr. Fox as a board-certified anesthesiologist, and she is the only prescriber it names. It describes its focus as Age Management and Longevity Medicine.

The menu is wide. IV therapy covers memberships, iron infusions, quick shots and mobile services. The longevity side includes hormone optimization, peptide therapy, lab testing, micronutrient testing and regenerative medicine. The weight loss program adds DEXA scans, RMR testing and a Registered Dietitian. Google lists the clinic as a medical center, with a 4.6 rating from 37 reviews.

This listing is for its Milwaukee office at 130 N Jefferson St.

What does it cost?

The initial consultation is $249, and that fee goes toward the package you choose if you book during that visit. The weight loss packages are $899, $1699 (VIP) and $1999 (Platinum). The $899 package lists no medication. VIP and Platinum each include a 1 month supply of an injectable weight loss medication, and Platinum adds a repeat DEXA scan and RMR at 6 months. A footnote notes that all weight loss package prices may change with the price of Mounjaro, the only medication the clinic names.

It does not publish prices for hormone optimization or peptide therapy. It adds a 3% surcharge to credit card payments starting 01/01/2026, but the surcharge does not apply to debit cards or HSA or FSA cards. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not publish membership terms or cancellation rules.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with the medication, since it is the largest unknown. Ask whether the $899 package includes any medication and, if not, what a month costs and whether it is the brand-name product or a compounded version. For VIP and Platinum, ask what happens after the first month, since the footnote ties package prices to Mounjaro. Ask who writes the prescription and how often you will see Dr. Fox. Also ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost once a package ends, what hormone optimization and peptide therapy cost, and who prescribes those.

Then the practical questions. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, whether insurance is accepted, and how to cancel a package or membership and whether any part is refunded. Confirm the phone number too, since some blog posts list 414.277.1018 instead of 262.277.1018.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want IV therapy or a cash-pay weight loss program and are ready to get the medication cost in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need hormone or peptide prices up front, or if you need insurance to cover any part of the bill.
