About Ageless Beauty
What is Ageless Beauty?
Ageless Beauty is a medical spa at 1511 Newport Ave in Janesville, Wisconsin. Most of what it offers is cosmetic work: Botox, Jeuveau, dermal filler, chemical peels, laser treatments, facials and tattoo removal. Weight loss is one of its services, through semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. It also offers a lipotropic shot, a vitamin B12 shot and an NAD+ injection. Hanna Bradley, BSN, RN runs the practice and is the only person it names. She trained as a certified aesthetic nurse at the National Laser Institute in Chicago. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 33 reviews. The spa is open Tuesday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM. It is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
What does it cost?
Semaglutide is listed at $230 per month or $330 per month, depending on dosing. Tirzepatide starts at $285 per month and rises with the dose. Ageless Beauty does not say whether the medication is included in those monthly figures. A consultation is $0 and runs 30 minutes. The new client visit for semaglutide and tirzepatide is also $0 and runs 20 minutes. Botox is listed at $11, Jeuveau at $11 per unit and NAD+ injections at $25. It offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, approved before the appointment. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, HSA or FSA funds. A 50% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. It does not describe how the monthly plan ends or how to cancel it.
What should you ask before you book?
In its own words: "A full health history and consultation is completed before you are approved to start the medication." Ask whether that health history visit is the $0 one or a separate charge. Ask who signs the semaglutide or tirzepatide prescription, since Ageless Beauty does not say. Ask whether the monthly price covers the medication, and what changes the price as the dose changes. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether any check-in can be done by video, which it does not address. Ask how the monthly plan ends and whether a fee applies if you stop.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss injections from a practice run by a nurse, and you are willing to get the prescriber, what the monthly price includes and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If your main interest is skin treatments, the cosmetic menu is most of what is offered here, so compare it with other med spas on those terms.
