About Oasis Healthcare

What is Oasis Healthcare?

Oasis Healthcare is a clinician-owned practice at 1505 Wisconsin Ave, Ste 150, in Grafton, Wisconsin. It has served the community since 2020 and says it serves the greater Milwaukee area. Its main work is urgent care and primary care. Weight loss is one of its services, along with annual physicals, preventive screening, a direct primary care membership, specialty care for POTS, autonomic disorders and headache, and a medical spa.

Two prescribers are named: Laura McKinnis, APNP, the owner and a provider, and Katie Henke, DNP, the specialty care provider. The clinic does not say which of them handles weight loss, and it does not name a weight loss medication. Hormone therapy and peptide therapy are not on its service list. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, which are Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Saturday 8am to 12pm. Membership, specialty care and MedSpa visits are by appointment. Google reviews give it a 4.9 rating from 124 reviews.

What does it cost?

Membership is billed monthly, with the option to pay annually, and you can cancel or change plans anytime. There are three published rates: $99 a month for an individual, $249 a month as a family maximum, and $149 a month for specialty care. The specialty rate covers weight loss, dysautonomia, neurology, and patients aged 65 and older. Members get $29 off GLP therapy for weight loss, but the GLP therapy price itself is not published.

Without membership, cash-pay visits run $149 to $349 each. The clinic accepts most commercial insurance for everyday visits, including Medicare and Medicaid. Membership visits are not billed to insurance.

It does not publish a weight loss program price, a consultation fee, or a MedSpa price. It does not say whether medication is included in weight loss care. Ask about those before you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the weight loss prescription and whether that prescriber will manage your care. Ask whether the monthly fee includes medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since none of that is priced.

Insurance is worth settling at booking too. In its own words: "Not every provider accepts insurance, so please check with us when you book." Ask whether the weight loss prescriber takes your plan.

Ask how cancellation works for a weight loss plan, since the cancel anytime terms are stated for membership. Ask whether telehealth is offered, which the clinic does not say, and whether the membership can be paid from an HSA. Call (262) 421-8961 to get these answers before you pay.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want urgent or primary care in Grafton on a flat monthly membership, and you are willing to get the prescriber, medication and price questions answered before you commit to weight loss care. It is a weaker fit if you need a published weight loss price with medication included, or if you are looking for hormone or peptide therapy, which the clinic does not list.
