What is VIVA Wellness?

VIVA Wellness is a medical weight loss and functional wellness clinic at 12625 W. Burleigh Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin. It has helped Milwaukee-area clients since 2017. A Medical Weight Loss Consultation is $50. VIVA puts most patients between $250 and $575 a month, depending on dosage and program length. If you live outside Milwaukee and Waukesha County, ask which states the telehealth consultation covers, because the clinic does not name them.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want prescription weight loss overseen by a nurse practitioner in the Milwaukee area, and you are comfortable paying in full at booking. It is a weaker fit if you need a published monthly price that includes medication, or if you are looking for hormone or peptide therapy, which VIVA does not describe.
