About Milwaukee Laser & Body Aesthetics

What is Milwaukee Laser & Body Aesthetics?

Milwaukee Laser & Body Aesthetics is a physician-led aesthetics practice at 17280 W North Ave, Suite 200, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Most of its business is skin and body work: laser treatments, Botox and fillers, acne scar treatment, hydrafacials, hair reduction, body sculpting, skin tightening, tattoo removal and vein treatment. Weight loss is one of its listed services, and it has its own program, but it is not the practice's main focus.

The weight loss program uses GLP-1 medications, and the practice names Ozempic® and Wegovy®. Dr. Sabatino, a Board-Certified physician with more than 25 years of experience, leads the program. Patients meet weekly with a Registered Nurse for medication administration and see the physician monthly, with blood work when needed. Some parts of the program can be done remotely. Google shows a 4.9 rating from 129 reviews. In its own words: "we believe successful weight loss begins with personalized medical care."

What does it cost?

The practice does not publish prices for weight loss. It says each plan is personalized and that it cannot quote prices over the phone or without an in-person consultation. The first visit is free, runs 30 to 60 minutes, and ends with a written treatment plan outline. A free follow-up meeting is also offered after treatment.

For payment, the practice offers 12 to 24 month interest-free financing on various package options. It also says full payment is required at the time of purchase, and gift cards cannot be used for injections. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, or whether insurance is accepted. Ask for the full cost in writing before you commit.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription and whether Dr. Sabatino personally oversees your plan. You can also check his license with the Wisconsin medical board. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, weekly visits, monthly visits and blood work. Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is brand-name Ozempic® or Wegovy®, a compounded version, or something else, and which ones are stocked right now.

Ask what lab work and extra visits cost, and what happens if you need more follow-up than the plan includes. Ask how the remote options work and who qualifies for them. If you use financing, ask what happens if you stop treatment early, and how cancellation and refunds work. The clinic lists no hours, so call before you plan a visit.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a physician-led weight loss program at a practice that also does skin and body aesthetics, and you are ready to pay out of pocket or finance the cost. If you need a published price list before you call, or you want a clinic that only does weight loss, ask the questions above before you book.
