Start with who writes the weight loss prescription. It names Dr. Dembny as overseeing the program but does not say which prescriber signs the prescriptions. Ask that directly, and ask whether you will see that person at each visit.

Next, ask what the monthly cost covers. Find out whether the medication is billed separately, whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded, and whether the membership discount applies to it. Ask for the first-visit fee, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost and whether they are required. Ask whether telehealth is available for check-ins, since the clinic does not say.

Finally, ask how to cancel the membership and how the 90-day timing is counted. Ask whether insurance, HSA or financing can be used. If you are not sure, get the answers in writing before you pay anything.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are mainly looking for injectables, skin care or IV therapy at a med spa and want medical weight loss as an add-on. If you need published weight loss prices or a clearly named prescriber, call first and get those answers before you book.
