What is ANEW Skin & Wellness?
ANEW Skin & Wellness is a medical spa at 19265 West Capitol Drive, Suite 100, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. A mother and daughter own and operate it. Its main work is aesthetic: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella, laser and skin tightening treatments, chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion and massage therapy. It has been in practice for more than 20 years. Google lists it as a medical spa with a 5 rating from 82 reviews. It draws clients from Brookfield, Waukesha, Pewaukee, Wauwatosa and the greater Milwaukee area. The office is open Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday.
The GLP-1 and peptide program is one of its services. In its own words: "We’re excited to expand our wellness offerings with access to medically supervised GLP-1 weight management and select peptide-based wellness options." The medications it names include Tirzepatide with B12 or glycine, a lower-dose microdosed version, and peptides such as GHK-Cu, NAD+, Sermorelin and BPC-157. ANEW says a licensed clinician reviews each prescription order. It says the medication is filled by a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility and shipped to the patient. It does not name that clinician or any prescriber.
What does it cost?
ANEW does not publish GLP-1 or peptide prices. It does not state a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance. The one membership it lists is $49 per month on a 3-month commitment. Ask exactly what that membership covers, including whether the medication is part of it, and get the answer in writing. Its cancellation policy asks for at least 24 hours notice. Clients who cancel with less notice pay 20% of the service for any reserved appointment. ANEW lists payment plans and specials, but no terms for either appear in its published material.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription. ANEW names no prescriber, so ask for the name and license of the clinician who reviews your order before you book. Ask whether the $49 membership includes the medication or whether the drug is billed separately. Ask whether the medication is compounded or brand-name. ANEW's program material says tirzepatide may be compounded with B12 or glycine, so ask which pharmacy fills it.
Then ask about the costs that come after the first visit. ANEW says labs are generally not required to start a prescription, but a clinician may order them if needed. Ask what lab work, follow-up visits and refills cost. Finally, ask how to cancel the membership at the end of the 3-month commitment. The office number is 262.373.1810.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already want aesthetic treatment in Brookfield and are weighing the GLP-1 or peptide program as an addition. It also suits someone who will get the prescriber's name, the medication terms and the full cost in writing before paying. If you need a named prescriber or a published price before you book, call 262.373.1810 first and wait until you have those answers.
