About Summit IV & Wellness

What is Summit IV & Wellness?

Summit IV & Wellness is a wellness clinic at 1500 Grand Central Avenue #106 in Vienna, WV, phone (304) 966-5770. It is physician owned and operated and supported by a team of RNs. Its main business is IV therapy: vitamin and mineral infusions, NAD+ IVs and IV packages. It also offers aesthetics, in-office injections, Hyper-T-Pro+ wellness pod sessions and two memberships. It has a Google rating of 5 from 67 reviews.

Its wellness programs are described as aimed at optimal health, weight loss and longevity, with therapeutic food plans from the I.F.M. as the foundation. Its regimens can also include oral medications, supplements, personalized nutrition and weekly injectables, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, all linked through an app. It does not name the physician or other clinician who prescribes. Visits are scheduled as follows. In its own words: "By appointment only, or based on availability via online booking." Tuesday to Thursday hours are 9am to 3pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. It is closed Sunday and Monday.

What does it cost?

The memberships are the most specific prices. The Summit Membership is $199 a month, shown reduced from $250. It includes unlimited Hyper-T-Pro+ wellness pod sessions, two free B12 injections a month ($30 value), $15 NAD+ SubQ injections at any dose, 20% off IVs and in-office supplements, and 30% off one facial a month booked with Jalyn. The Peak Energy Membership is $119 a month. It includes unlimited pod sessions, one free B12 injection a month ($15 value), $15 NAD+ SubQ injections and 15% off one facial a month with Jalyn.

Single IVs run from $100 to $180. NAD+ IV is $250 for 500mg or $325 for 1,000mg. In-office injections include B12 and biotin at $15 each and Tri-Immune at $25. IV packages are $400 for three, $600 for five and $700 for five or more.

It does not publish a price for its weight loss program, for weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide, or for a consultation fee. It does not state whether it accepts insurance, whether medication is included in any program price, or whether telehealth is offered.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who evaluates you and signs the prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the weekly price includes the medication and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the clinic bills insurance. If you are considering NAD+, ask whether a named clinician prescribes it. Before you join a membership, ask how it is cancelled and whether there is a fee.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want IV visits, B12 or NAD+ injections, or a monthly membership, and you can book by appointment. It is a weaker fit if you want a named physician to run a medical weight loss plan or hormone therapy, since no prescriber is named and hormone therapy is not offered as a service.
