What does it cost?
The GLP-1 program starts at $395 for a 3-month supply, not per month. It does not say whether that price includes the medication. In its own words: "There is NO consultation fee for our compounded medication programs." Brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound carries a prescription visit fee, and the amount is not published.
The add-ons are priced separately. B12 injections are $45 for the loading dose and $25 a month for maintenance. Sermorelin and NAD+ are each $299 for 1-2 months, depending on dosing. It does not publish a price for hormone replacement therapy. It does not say whether insurance is accepted for weight loss care. The payment plans it describes, 24 months interest-free or up to 60 months with interest, go to qualifying patients and are presented for plastic surgery.

Ask what follow-up visits and the optional lab review cost. Ask how cancellation works, since it does not state cancellation or commitment terms for the GLP-1 program. Finally, ask which phone number reaches the weight loss team. Two numbers appear, (304) 405-4266 and (304) 488-8446, and the posted hours differ from one page to another.
