Weight loss and hormone care are the main services. Weight loss includes phentermine, GLP-1 medications and sermorelin. What does it cost?

It does not accept insurance. It takes cash, credit or debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and Afterpay.

GLP-1 medications start at $200 a month, either in office or for home delivery. It does not say whether that price includes the medication, and it does not name the drug or the dose. Phentermine costs a $50 office visit fee, with the prescription sent to a local pharmacy. Phentermine Plus is $140 for one month. Sermorelin is $190 for one month or $375 for two months by home prescription.

For men, the initial consultation with labs is $75, and a consultation with recent labs is $50. Testosterone is $150 a month by home prescription for self-injection, or $125 a month with a weekly in-office injection. A follow-up visit with labs every three to four months is $50. For women, a consultation with basic labs is $100, and with advanced labs it is $180. A follow-up with repeat labs is $80. Hormone replacement starts at $40 a month. NAD+ starts at $25 a week in office, depending on dose, or $150 for a 30-day home prescription.

Ask who writes your prescription and for Lisa's full name and credentials, since none are printed beside her name. Ask whether the $200 GLP-1 price includes the medication, and which drug and dose it would be. Ask whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost over a year, since those fees are listed separately. Ask whether visits can be done by video, because it does not say. Ask how you cancel a monthly program and whether there is a fee.
