What is Moonstone Medical Aesthetics?
Moonstone Medical Aesthetics is a medical spa at 11504 NE 119th St Suite 100 in Vancouver, WA. Most of its work is cosmetic and skin care, including wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, facials, microneedling, laser hair removal and body contouring. Medical Weight Loss, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Peptide Therapy are listed under its hormone and wellness services, alongside IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, stem cell therapy and vitamin injections. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.8 rating from 199 reviews.
Two people are named as prescribers: Shelly LaFrance, FNP, and Joe Fistolera, BSN, RN. Hormone care runs through BioTE, with hormone pellets placed under the skin, and Moonstone describes its providers as BioTE-certified. For peptides, it says: "Every peptide plan is tailored to your individual needs." No weight loss medication is named.
What does it cost?
Moonstone does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or peptides, and it gives no consultation fee. Its figures are for memberships, which come in three monthly tiers: $199, $249 and $349 a month, or $2,388, $2,988 and $4,188 a year. Members get 10%, 15% or 20% off services, with savings of up to $80, $120 or $160 on BioTE procedures. Each tier includes a $50 monthly vitamin shot, but vitamin shots do not accrue. Every tier requires a 3-month minimum commitment and cannot be combined with other promotions.
New patients get $100 toward a first eligible treatment over $500, on regularly priced treatments only. A Featured Patient Program trades exclusive pricing for participation in professional photo and video content. Moonstone does not say whether medication is included in any program, whether it accepts insurance, or how cancellation works beyond the membership minimum. Financing is offered, but no terms are posted.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the two named prescribers would manage a weight loss, hormone or peptide plan, and what that person's role is compared with the other. Ask whether a monthly program fee includes the medication, and whether each medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, hormone testing and follow-up lab work cost, since testing comes before hormone therapy and carries no published price. Ask whether telehealth is available, and whether insurance or HSA cards are accepted.
The membership terms describe the vitamin shot as accruing if unused, then state that vitamin shots do not accrue. Ask which applies before you sign. Also ask how cancellation works during the 3-month minimum.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin treatments and a hormone, peptide or weight program under one roof in Vancouver, and you are willing to get prices, medication details and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a posted price for weight loss or hormone care before you book, since none is published.
