What does it cost?
The clinic publishes three Botox packages. The Signature is $549 and covers the forehead, frown lines and crow's feet. The Elevated is $749 and adds brows and bunny lines. The Signature + Lip Flip is $849 and adds a lip flip. Each package includes a personalized consultation and a follow-up assessment.
It does not publish prices for its GLP-1 program. It also does not say whether medication is included in any price, whether insurance is accepted, or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who would sign a GLP-1 prescription and whether that person examines you before you start. The GLP-1 section refers only to "your provider," so get a name and credentials before paying anything. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. The clinic names semaglutide, tirzepatide and Zepbound, and its own GLP-1 section cautions against unapproved versions and recommends a state-licensed pharmacy, so ask which pharmacy fills your prescription.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost. One reviewer on the clinic's site describes weekly check-ins, so ask how often you would be seen and whether any visits can happen by video, which the clinic does not address. Finally, ask how to cancel, whether there is a minimum commitment, and whether the initial consultation carries a fee.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments or IV therapy in the same downtown building and GLP-1 care as an add-on, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the medication source and the full monthly cost in writing before you book. If you want a practice where weight management is the core service, or you need published GLP-1 prices before you call, start with those questions.
