About Bloom Aesthetics By Zelda
What is Bloom Aesthetics By Zelda?
Bloom Aesthetics By Zelda is a medical aesthetics practice at Kendall Yards in Spokane, Washington. Most of its services are skin and injectable work: toxins, fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra, laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels and HydraFacials. Medical weight loss is one of four services in its Medical group, alongside vitamin injections, Wellness IVs and a Wellness Membership. In its own words: "Medical weight loss with our nurse practitioner."
Zelda, NP-C, is the only prescriber named. She has worked in aesthetic dermatology since 2013 and previously worked at Valley Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center before founding the practice. The clinic describes itself as owned and operated by a dermatology nurse practitioner, and says its team has 20+ years of combined experience in aesthetics.
The office is at 1227 W Summit Parkway Suite A (Trailside), Spokane, WA 99201, and the clinic serves Spokane Valley and surrounding areas. The phone number is 509-990-3054. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed Sunday.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program has the most published numbers. The initial consultation is $125. The weekly program is listed at $87 to $150 a week, and the maintenance low dose at $125 and up a month. Wellness and hormone labs start at $150. It does not say whether medication is included in the weekly or monthly price, so ask whether these figures are the full cost.
Skin treatments are priced separately. One filler syringe is $750, and a Signature HydraFacial is $199. The Bloom Club membership costs $189 a month. Those funds are banked for any service or product, and the membership carries a 6-month minimum term. Cancellation terms are not stated for either program. The clinic does not state an insurance policy. A Payment Plans link appears in the menu, but the plans are not described.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether the first visit is in person. The clinic does not say whether telehealth is offered, so ask that too.
Ask whether the weekly or monthly price includes medication. The weight loss medication is not named, so ask which one it is, whether it is a brand name or compounded, and what it costs on top of the program.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the $125 consultation counts toward the program.
The Wellness & Peptide Clinic Membership appears in the service list with no description or price. Ask what it includes, who prescribes anything in it, and what it costs.
Ask how to cancel the weight loss program and the Bloom Club, and whether the 6-month minimum applies to the membership.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss care from a nurse practitioner and are also interested in skin or injectable treatments at the same office. If you need a full monthly price, the medication name, or an answer on insurance before you call, get those in writing first.
