What is Arctic Elevation?
Arctic Elevation is a wellness center, which is how Google classifies it and how its own site describes it. It has offices in Renton and Bellevue, Washington; Roseville, Rocklin, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks and Santa Monica, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Asheville, North Carolina; and Hilliard, Ohio. The main services are IV drip therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy and NAD+. Fitness and weight loss are listed as additional services.
The weight loss service is described as IV and IM treatments, with Semaglutide and Lipostat Plus named. The site names David Kostroub as founder and CEO. It does not name a physician, nurse practitioner or other prescriber for weight loss. The IV menu mentions Registered Nurses who help choose a customized IV, which tells you who helps with infusions, not who signs a semaglutide prescription. The Google listing shows a 4.9 rating from 57 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish a price for weight loss or for semaglutide. It does not say whether medication is included in the weight loss service, whether insurance is accepted, or whether there is a consultation fee.
Its published prices are for memberships. Arctic IV Preferred is $250 a month and includes two IV sessions a month. Arctic Preferred is $250 a month and includes nine Selects and one IM shot. A $400 tier includes 20 Selects and two IM shots a month, and Arctic Elite is $600 a month for 35 Selects and three IM shots. Arctic IV Elite is $400 a month for one IV a week, up to four a month. The membership listings do not say whether any tier covers weight loss medication, and they do not explain what a Select is.
In its own words: "Packages, memberships, prepaid services, and promotional sales are non-refundable unless required by law."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the semaglutide, whether that person is a physician, nurse practitioner or other licensed prescriber, and whether you will meet them before any medication is ordered. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication or only visits, and what the medication costs on its own. Ask whether it is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what lab work, follow-up visits and check-ins cost, and whether a consultation fee applies. Ask whether any part of intake can be done by telehealth, and whether insurance is accepted. Ask how cancellation works before you pay, since packages and memberships are non-refundable.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you mainly want IV drips, cryotherapy, red light or sauna sessions and are comfortable paying membership prices. It is a harder fit if you are coming for semaglutide and need the prescriber's name and the medication cost in writing before you commit, since neither is published.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
