What is Summit Health?
Summit Health is a medical weight loss clinic at 463 Tremont Street West, suite 110, in Port Orchard, Washington. You can call (360) 602-3903. Its main service is a weight loss program built on a GLP-1 medication, which Summit Health calls doctor-prescribed. No prescriber is named, so ask for that name before you book.
Summit Health also offers body treatments alongside the weight loss program: a Styku 3D body scanner, NuForm body contouring, a non surgical butt lift, cellulite removal, lower back therapy, non surgical body sculpting, bladder control, Mummy Tummy Rescue and THINNR. Each one is a separate service with its own questions, so treat weight loss as the core of the practice and ask about the rest one at a time.
On the medication, Summit Health offers this in its own words: "our high-grade medications are compounded in licensed U.S. pharmacies." A compounded medicine is made by a pharmacy rather than being the brand-name product, so ask how it is made and what it contains.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm, with Saturday by appointment only. The practice has a Google rating of 5 from 2 reviews. It does not say whether telehealth visits are offered.
What does it cost?
Summit Health does not publish prices. It does not state a consultation fee, and it does not say whether the medication is included in any monthly charge. It also does not say whether it accepts insurance, so ask directly. The one money detail it gives is its referral program: when you refer a friend and they become a patient, you both get $50.
Before you commit, ask for the full cost of the first visit, each follow-up visit and each month of medication, in dollars, in writing.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes the prescription, what their credentials are, and whether that person sees you in person before the first prescription is written.
Next, ask about the medication. Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is compounded or brand-name, what it costs per month on its own, and whether any monthly fee includes it. Ask what a consultation, a follow-up visit and any lab work cost. Ask whether telehealth is available.
Finally, ask how payment and cancellation work. Find out whether there is a membership or contract, how much notice you must give to cancel, and whether any fees apply. Because Saturday is by appointment only, ask how far ahead you need to book a weekday or Saturday visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live near Port Orchard, can get to a weekday visit, and want the prescriber's name and the full monthly cost in writing before you pay. If you need telehealth or a published price list, call first and get those answers before you book.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
