About Rejuve MedSpa
What is Rejuve MedSpa?
Rejuve MedSpa is a physician-owned and operated medical spa at 13393 Newcastle Commons Drive in Newcastle, WA 98059, with one location. Its own description says all treatments are personally performed or supervised by Dr. Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan is the only prescriber named, and no credentials are published beside the name, so ask for them before you book. The phone number is (425) 331-9415, and you can call or text. It serves the greater Seattle area and Eastside, including Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah and Tacoma. Google lists it at 4.8 from 68 reviews, in the category Medical spa.
Most of the menu is aesthetic: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, lip filler, Sculptra, chemical peels, laser hair removal, Emsculpt NEO, EMSELLA and Keralase hair restoration. Weight loss is one service among these, and it centers on ZepBound. The medication is prescribed through Lilly's LillyDirect Self Pay program, and the LillyDirect pharmacy mails it to you. The weight loss material also names tirzepatide and semaglutide. It does not list hormone therapy or peptide therapy. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and appointments are required.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program has a $149 monthly consult with a medical doctor who manages your weight loss. It does not say whether ZepBound is included in that fee. For medication pricing it refers you to Lilly's own pricing page, which lists ZepBound starting at $299 for the lowest dose. It does not publish a separate consultation fee for weight loss. The Emsculpt section offers a complimentary consult, so ask whether that applies to the weight loss visit too. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, and it publishes no cancellation terms or telehealth information.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $149 fee covers ZepBound, or whether the LillyDirect medication is billed to you on top of it, and what your full monthly total would be. Ask Dr. Kaplan's credentials, and whether Dr. Kaplan writes the prescription and reviews your care. In its own words: "Medical Clearance and doctor consult is required to determine eligibility." Ask what that clearance involves and whether it is charged separately.
The weight loss material calls tirzepatide the generic version of Zepbound. Ask what that means in practice, and exactly which product you would receive. Ask whether any compounded product is ever offered. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how you cancel the monthly fee, including any minimum commitment. When you call to confirm, ask about the Friday hours too, since the posted times do not match from one place to another.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a ZepBound prescription from a physician-led practice you can visit in person in Newcastle, and you are ready to pay a monthly consult fee plus the separate cost of the medication. If you need the prescriber's credentials, the full monthly total and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay, get those answers first.
