What is Glow Medispa?
Glow Medispa is a physician-owned and operated medical spa with offices in West Seattle and Kirkland. Most of its services are aesthetic: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, laser and light treatments, facials, body sculpting, and hair and eye care. Two medical programs sit alongside those. GlowFit is its medical weight loss program, and it uses semaglutide (Ozempic or Wegovy) and tirzepatide (ZepBound). Its hormone care, GlowBalance for women and GlowPerformance for men, covers menopause and perimenopause as well as testosterone and performance. The clinic does not list peptide or longevity services. Dr. Randi Lindstrom oversees GlowFit. Dr. Kate Dee is also listed as a prescriber, and she spent 13 years as a breast cancer specialist before moving into aesthetic medicine. GlowFit describes itself this way: "Accepting a limited number of new patients." On Google the clinic has a 4.9 rating from 190 reviews. You can call West Seattle at (206) 228-7281 or Kirkland at (425) 522-4477.
This listing is for its Kirkland office at 9750 NE 120th Pl Ste 3.
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices. GlowFit starts with a deposit that is applied to your plan and covers your first consultation and roadmap visit with Dr. Lindstrom, but the deposit amount is not stated. Pricing depends on dosage and medication, and costs and payment options are reviewed at that visit. The clinic describes its general consultation as free.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance, but it says weight loss medications are not typically covered by insurance. It does not say whether medication is included in the program cost. GlowFit patients get $100 off each syringe of filler, $100 off each vial of Sculptra, and 30% off an Emsculpt NEO 8-pack (over $2,000 in savings) throughout their first year in the program. Membership is offered, but its terms are not published.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and renews the prescription, and who you contact between visits. Ask whether the program cost includes the medication, and whether the medication is the brand-name product or a compounded version. The clinic's podcast discusses compounding pharmacies and FDA shortage decisions, so this question is current. Ask what happens to the deposit if you decide not to continue.
The initial consultation runs about 45 minutes, and the first month includes weekly 15 minute progress visits. Ask what those visits, the monthly visits after them, and any lab work cost. GlowFit consultations and follow-ups are in person, and the clinic does not say whether any follow-up can be done by video, so ask. Finally, ask how membership and cancellation work before you pay anything.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are an adult who wants physician-supervised weight management with in-person visits, can pay for the program and medication yourself, and are ready to share your full medical history. GlowFit says it is not recommended for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of pancreatitis, or are under 18, among other conditions. If you are mainly after cosmetic treatment, the same questions about prices and cancellation still apply.
