About Dermiglo Wellness
What is Dermiglo Wellness?
Dermiglo Wellness is a naturopathic medical aesthetics practice in Kent, WA. Most of what it offers is aesthetic work: Botox and other injectables, microneedling, plasma skin tightening, face and body treatments, hair restoration, and skincare products. It also offers naturopathic primary care and a GLP-1 medical weight loss program, which is one service among several.
Dr. Jenna Romero, a naturopathic physician, is the only prescriber named. The weight loss program is the part most relevant to medical care. Every patient starts with a health history and lab testing, looking at factors such as insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction and nutrient deficiencies. Plans may combine GLP-1 medication with nutrition counseling, exercise recommendations, lifestyle coaching and targeted supplementation. Dr. Romero also provides individualized plans for tapering off the medication when appropriate. In its own words: "Our whole-person GLP-1 medical weight loss program goes beyond the prescription." The clinic does not name the GLP-1 medications it uses. It is based in Kent and also names Auburn, Renton, Federal Way and Covington. It lists no street address, phone number or hours.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any service, including medical weight loss. It shows a price range of $$ with no dollar amounts. The clinic offers a complimentary consultation with Dr. Jenna Romero for the weight loss program, and a free virtual consultation. Product pricing is handled by contacting the clinic. It does not say whether the medication is included in any program fee, whether lab testing is extra, or whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the GLP-1 prescription and who adjusts it between visits. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication or whether the drug is billed separately, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the initial labs cost, along with follow-up labs and visits, since the program depends on lab work. Ask whether follow-up visits are in person or virtual, and which office you would attend, because no street address is published. Ask whether insurance is accepted and whether an HSA card can be used. Finally, ask how you cancel, what happens to your fees if you stop early, and how long the practice has been open, which it does not say.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a naturopathic physician to lead the medical side of weight loss, with lab work, nutrition and lifestyle support, and you are comfortable paying cash without a posted price. If you want a GLP-1 prescription with a clear monthly cost in writing, get the full fee schedule before you book.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
