bellaboxx aesthetics is mainly a medical spa for facial aesthetics, with offices in Bellevue and Tacoma, Washington. It describes itself as a concierge medical boutique. What does it cost?
Weight loss is the only service with published prices. The Tirzepatide program is $700 a month for six months. The Semaglutide program is $500 a month for six months. Each monthly fee includes the medication, regular follow-up and the concierge care program. Tirzepatide breaks down as $200 for the program and $500 for medication. Semaglutide breaks down as $200 for the program and $300 for medication.
The initial consultation is $200. The pricing says that fee is refunded when you sign up for the six-month program. It also says the same $200 is deducted from your monthly fees over the six months. Those are two different arrangements, so ask which one applies. It does not say whether the $200 comes back if you decide not to join.
A promotion lists signature chemical peels at $99, which it describes as $50 off the regular price. It does not publish prices for the other treatments, so ask for a quote before you book. It does not say whether insurance is accepted.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician will sign your prescription and who you will see at follow-up. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. The clinic describes "access to our exclusive compounding pharmacy for the highest-quality injectable medications." Ask what that means for the product you would actually receive.
Ask whether the $200 consultation is refunded if you do not join. Ask what happens if you want to stop before the six months end, and whether follow-up visits and lab work are included in the monthly fee or billed separately.
Ask whether insurance is accepted and whether any visits can be done by telehealth, since neither is stated. Ask about hours as well. The clinic's own description also mentions 24/7 access to licensed professionals, so ask what after-hours access involves.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want facial aesthetic work alongside a physician-led weight loss program, and you are comfortable paying cash for a six-month commitment. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, telehealth or a clear cancellation policy before you sign up.
