About Glō Aesthetics & Wellness
What is Glō Aesthetics & Wellness?
Glō Aesthetics & Wellness is mainly a medical aesthetics practice, and its Google listing puts it under medical spa. It has offices in Battleground and Walla Walla, Washington, and its Google reviews average 4.9 from 89 reviews. Most of the menu is skin and cosmetic work: Botox and other injectables, dermal fillers, Kybella, HydraFacial, microneedling, laser treatments and IV hydration. Medical weight loss is one of its services, alongside hormone therapy and peptide therapy.
The weight loss program uses semaglutide. The clinic also offers EvexiPEL bioidentical hormone pellet therapy and PT 141, which its menu lists under hormone and sexual wellness. Megan Frasier is the only prescriber named. She is the owner and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University, an active ARNP license and an FNP-C certification. In its own words: "All patients must be seen by our Nurse Practitioner."
This listing is for its Battle Ground office at 1207 SE Rasmussen Blvd Suite 119.
What does it cost?
Weight loss memberships start at $450 a month. That includes unlimited support from the nurse practitioner, monthly body scans and medications. The membership is a 12 week commitment. The consultation fee is $275 for a 45 minute visit covering the initial consult, assessment and labs. If you bring recent CMP, TSH and CBC labs to the first visit, the fee is $200. It does not say whether the consultation fee counts toward the program.
The clinic accepts Care Credit and Cherry, which are financing options that let you pay over time. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, PT 141 or its skin treatments.
One figure does not match. A January 2024 blog post gives the first three months of semaglutide as $1700, or $1300 under a New Year promotion. Ask which price applies today.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether Megan Frasier signs every prescription, including the hormone pellet and PT 141 prescriptions, since she is the only prescriber named. Ask whether the semaglutide is the brand name drug or a compounded version. Ask whether the $450 covers medication at every dose change, and whether the first three months are billed up front.
Ask what follow-up labs cost, since its blog says labs are required yearly. Ask what happens if you stop before the 12 weeks end and whether any part is refundable. Ask whether the consultation fee applies toward your membership.
Lipo-Boost injections appear in its weight loss blog post but not on its service list, so ask whether they are offered and what they cost. Finally, ask about hours, which it does not list, whether telehealth visits are possible, and whether it bills insurance at all.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a weight loss program led by a nurse practitioner, with skin and aesthetic treatments available in the same practice, and you can pay $450 a month for at least 12 weeks through cash or financing. If you need insurance billing, posted hours or a clear cancellation policy, get those answers before you book.
