About RejuviClear Spa & Wellness

What is RejuviClear Spa & Wellness?

RejuviClear is a med spa at 1213E George Washington Memorial Hwy, Yorktown, VA 23693. Google lists it as a medical spa and shows a 5 rating from 54 reviews. Most of what it sells is aesthetic and spa work: facials, Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermal filler, wrinkle relaxers, massage, float tank and IV hydration. It also offers medical services in four areas: medical weight loss, men's health and testosterone (TRT), women's health, and vitamin injections with peptide therapy.

The weight loss program is what most readers are looking for. It includes GLP-1 options with semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus oral medication options, MIC B12 injections and fat burning IV or IM injections. The team is trained in obesity medicine, but the clinic does not name the clinician who prescribes. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Tuesdays until 7 by appointment, and Saturday 10AM to 4PM. It does not say whether telehealth visits are offered.

What does it cost?

It does not publish a price for the weight loss program or for the medication in it, and it does not say whether medication is included in any monthly fee. Its free initial consultation is the only weight loss cost it states.

Other prices are published. Vitamin D and B12 shots are $25 each. The Fat Burner shot, Tri-Immunity shot and NAD+ injection are $35 each. Memberships include the Self-Care Club at $100 a month, the IV Drip Club at $225 a month, and the Relaxation membership at $99 a month. Float memberships run from $60 a month for one session to $150 a month for four. The wrinkle relaxer membership is $199 or $300 a month, depending on the option.

It does not say whether it accepts insurance. The payment routes it lists are monthly plans through Cherry and PatientFi, with no hard credit checks. It does not state cancellation terms for the weight loss program.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the weight loss prescription, and whether you can speak with that clinician before you pay. Ask whether the monthly fee includes semaglutide or tirzepatide, or whether medication is billed separately. Ask whether those medications are brand name or compounded. For its peptides, the clinic is quoted as saying: "All of our peptides are sourced from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and administered with professional medical oversight." Ask whether the weight loss medications come from the same kind of source.

Ask whether tesamorelin, which the clinic also names for fat reduction, is part of any plan and what it costs. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether the monthly check-ins are included, and whether medication is given in the office or mailed to you. Ask how to cancel, whether you are committed to a set number of months, and how long the practice has been open.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a Yorktown med spa that pairs aesthetic treatments with medical weight loss or hormone care, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the medication cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need those answers before you can decide to call.
