The weight loss program covers semaglutide and tirzepatide, given in the office or through an online program. The online version starts with a voice or video consultation, with medications and supplies mailed to you and weekly check-ins with a provider. The GLP-1 page names two partnered pharmacies, Anazao Health in Tampa, Florida, and WeCare Pharmacy in Warrenton, Virginia.
The clinic does not say which clinician writes the prescription. Its team includes medical directors along with nurses and other clinicians. The blog calls the weight loss program surgeon owned and overseen. Google rates the clinic 4.9 from 150 reviews. In its own words: "We have been providing expertise in GLP-1 injections for weight loss for over two years."
What does it cost?
Each GLP-1 medication has two prices. Semaglutide is $300 a month or $100 per injection. Tirzepatide is $450 a month or $125 per injection. The weight loss consultation is complimentary.
The clinic does not say whether the monthly price includes the medication, or how many injections it covers. It says labs are included in the program, but gives no separate price for them. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. The menu lists financing, but the weight loss pages do not say what it covers.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who writes the prescription, and whether you will see that person or mainly a nurse. Then ask whether the $300 or $450 monthly fee includes the medication and how many injections it covers. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them.
Confirm that labs are included in the monthly fee, and what follow-up visits cost on top of it. Ask whether the clinic accepts insurance and how you cancel the monthly program. Finally, confirm the phone number. The main line is (757) 496-4937, but some blog pages list (757) 496-5556.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss care from a med spa that also offers aesthetic and IV services, you are ready to pay the listed prices yourself, and you can get the prescriber and the monthly inclusions in writing before you start. If a call does not answer those questions, get them answered before you book the complimentary consultation.
