A monthly membership follows, with a monthly B12 injection, weekly glutathione and NAD+ peptide injections, medication refills, ongoing follow-ups and labs at least every 6 months. Lab costs are built into its program and membership pricing. In its own words: "We believe in complete transparency, so all pricing is shared upfront with no surprises." It does not say whether insurance is accepted or whether financing is offered.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes each prescription, since the nurse practitioners are not named and it is not clear whether they prescribe. Ask whether the weight loss monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the semaglutide is brand-name Wegovy or the custom compounded version, and which pharmacy makes it. Before semaglutide, the clinic requires a consultation, a physical assessment and recent thyroid, blood count and metabolic labs. It can order those labs at a local lab, so ask what they cost. Ask what follow-up visits and InBody scans cost, whether any visits are by video, and how a membership is cancelled. Its booking banner mentions select Saturdays while the hours list Saturday as closed, so confirm which is right.
Who is it a good fit for?
