Members also get 20% off IV hydration infusions and PRP under-eye and hair treatments. The membership does not mention the weight loss program.
For other care, the clinic offers payment plans through PatientFi, which it describes as having no hard credit check and zero interest options. It also names Cherry and AfterPay. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and the cancellation rules for the membership are not stated.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the Semaglutide and whether that person examines you before your first injection. The clinic's blog is written under the name Michele Evans-Reavis, MSN, NP-C, but nothing it publishes names her as the prescriber of the weight loss medication.
Ask for the full cost of a 12 week program, and whether medication, consultations and check-ins are included or billed on top.
Ask whether the Semaglutide is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it.
Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost, since the programs mention ongoing progress monitoring with no price.
Ask whether any part of the program can be done by video. Telehealth is not mentioned.
Ask how cancellation works for the membership and for any financing plan, and whether a financing plan is a loan you keep paying even if you stop treatment.
