What is BlissfulMá MedSpa?

What does it cost?
Weight loss medication is priced by dose, per month. Wegovy injections are $199 a month at 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, $349 a month from 1.0 mg through 2.4 mg, and $399 a month at 7.2 mg-HD. The Wegovy pill is $149 a month at 1.5 mg and 4.0 mg, and $299 a month at 9.0 mg and 25 mg. Zepbound injections are $299 a month at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5.0 mg, and $449 a month from 7.5 mg through 15 mg. A $150 monthly processing fee also applies. It is non-refundable and due at the time of service. It does not say whether the monthly figures include the medication or cover only the program.
Purepell pellets are $500 for women and $1000 for men. Lab panels are $92 for a first women's panel and $43 for follow-ups, and $105 and $55 for men. Membership is $99 a month for member pricing on some aesthetic and wellness treatments. It does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and whether you will see Dr. Barnes in person before the first one is written. Ask whether the monthly weight loss price includes the medication. If it does not, ask how the drug is billed, since Wegovy and Zepbound are described as shipped directly from the pharmaceutical company. Ask whether the Purepell pellets are compounded and by which pharmacy. Ask what the consultation costs, whether blood tests are extra, and what each follow-up visit costs. Ask whether follow-up can be done by video, and whether the $150 fee is kept if you stop. Ask about financing terms, since financing is named but not described, and whether the clinic bills insurance at all.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss or pellet hormone therapy in Hampton, can pay cash for medication and fees, and would also use cosmetic treatments in the same office. It is a weaker match if you need insurance billing, peptide therapy or office hours you can count on without booking ahead.
