Ashley is the prescriber the clinic names. Ashley is a nurse practitioner licensed and certified in family medicine. Sara, the other founder, is a registered nurse, and the clinic does not say what role she plays in prescribing. Both have been in the medical field for over 15 years. On Google, the clinic has a 5 rating from 121 reviews.
This listing is for its Glen Allen office at 3960 Stillman Pkwy Ste 110.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program starts with a $99 consultation, which includes a 60-minute visit, fasting blood work and an InBody scan. Semaglutide is listed at $365 a month and tirzepatide at $515 a month, both including the medication and medical management. Elsewhere the clinic gives $350 or $500 for the same starting point, so confirm the exact figure before you book. A separate $100 a month covers medical management for Wegovy and Zepbound under what the clinic calls an insurance-based model. Oral medication management is $100 per visit, with the prescription filled at a retail pharmacy you choose. Bella capsules are $187 a month, including the compounded medication. InBody scans are $50 on their own.
The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or peptide therapy.
What should you ask before you book?
On the weight loss side, the clinic describes its GLP-1 options this way. In its own words: "At RVA Revive, we offer FDA-approved modalities such as Wegovy® and Zepbound®, in addition to non-FDA-approved compounded GLP-1/GIP agonists (also known as dual agonists) such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, among others." Ask which of these you would receive, and whether the monthly price covers that exact product.
Ask what is in Bella capsules and whether they are compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat lab work cost after the first month, and whether telehealth is offered. Ask whether insurance is accepted and how to cancel a monthly plan. For hormone and peptide therapy, ask for prices in writing and which clinician prescribes each one.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a Glen Allen clinic where IV drips, weight loss and hormone care sit under one roof, and you are ready to get prices in writing before you book. It is less suited to you if you need hormone or peptide prices before you make a call.
