What will the medication cost each month, and is it brand-name or compounded? Does the first visit include lab work, and what will those labs cost? How often are follow-ups scheduled, and can any of them be done by video? How do you cancel or stop care, and is there a fee? Confirm the suite address before you visit, since another street address also appears online.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live near Chesapeake, want weight loss or men's hormone care in the same office as mental health or primary care, and are prepared to pay per visit and for medication yourself. If you need video visits or a published price for testosterone treatment, call first.
