About Nexi Medical

What is Nexi Medical?

Nexi Medical is a cash-pay clinic at 638 N 900 E, Suite 310, in Spanish Fork, Utah. Its main business is aesthetics and medical optimization. Botox, Daxxify and dermal fillers sit alongside hormone therapy, medical weight loss, sexual wellness and hair restoration. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a rating of 5 from 4 reviews.

Janica Schmuck, APRN, a nurse practitioner in Utah, is the only prescriber the clinic names. The weight loss program uses Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Phentermine and Qsymia, and the clinic offers pellet therapy in clinic. It holds advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (ABHRT) training and certification through WorldLink Medical. Patients can come in person or book telehealth visits anywhere in Utah. Hours are 9:30 am to 4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 8:30 am to 6 pm on Thursday.

What does it cost?

The weight loss consultation is $90. If you start treatment, that fee is applied to your first month of the $90 monthly membership, which covers medical visits, InBody scans and ongoing support. The membership does not include medication. In its own words: "Weight loss medications are paid separately and provided at clinic cost." Semaglutide starts at $19 a month and Tirzepatide starts at $63 a month, and both are starting figures only.

Hormone care starts with a $380 consultation, then $180 a month. Medications are paid to the pharmacy, typically $91 to $396 a month for the combined program and $31 to $176 a month for hormones alone. The combined weight loss and hormone program starts at $440 and costs $240 a month. The hormone memberships include three lab panels a year.

A scheduled visit needs more than 24 hours' notice to cancel. A late cancellation or no-show costs $75. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance or HSA funds, and it does not state a contract length or auto-renewal terms. Pellet therapy has no published price.

What should you ask before you book?

The clinic names one prescriber, Janica Schmuck, APRN. Ask whether she will see you for weight loss and hormone visits, and what credentials any other clinician who does so holds.

Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. The clinic does not say.

Ask what your monthly total will be once medication is added, since the membership excludes it. Ask which lab work falls outside the three yearly panels, and what pellet therapy costs.

Ask how long a membership runs, how to cancel it, and whether the clinic takes insurance or HSA funds.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss, hormone care and aesthetic treatments under one roof in Spanish Fork, and you are ready to pay a monthly membership plus medication out of pocket. If you need insurance billing or a contract with clear end terms, get those answers before you book.
