Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is the brand-name product or a compounded version. Ask what follow-up visits and bloodwork cost, and how often they are required.

Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss or hormone care from a nurse practitioner, expect to pay cash, and would also like aesthetic treatments in the same suite. If you need a physician in charge of your care or you depend on insurance billing, get those answers in writing before you book.
