About Ritual Skin & Health

What is Ritual Skin & Health?

Ritual Skin & Health is a cash-pay clinic at 1549 S 1100 E Ste B in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tina Chante launched it in 2023, and the team page also lists Alexis Riccio. The clinic does not name who signs prescriptions, and it gives no credentials for anyone on the team.

In its own words: "Discover your Ritual where aesthetics meets wellness, we offer skincare, Botox, customized weight-loss (GLP1), and much more."

Mainly, this is a skin and aesthetics practice. It offers injectables, facials, and chemical peels. It also offers a weight management program using semaglutide and tirzepatide, which starts with a consultation. Diet and activity changes are generally part of the plan alongside the medication. It also offers cannabis medical cards and renewals. It does not list hormone therapy or peptide services. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 33 reviews, in the category weight loss service.

What does it cost?

Weight management is billed monthly. Semaglutide (GLP-1) is $175 a month. Tirzepatide (GLP-1 & GIP) is $200 to $300 a month. The clinic does not say whether the medication is included in those prices, so treat that as an open question. The consultation has no published fee. A cannabis medical card and renewal is $100.

Skin treatments are priced separately. Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin is $12 per unit, a Lip Flip is $50, a HydraFacial is $150, and dermal filler is $700 for full or $350 for half.

The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. Its home page has a Financing button, but the terms are not shown there. It does not say whether telehealth visits are available.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with who signs the prescription. Ask for the prescriber's name and credentials, and whether you would be seen in person or by video. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and what changes if your dose or prescription changes. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not say.

Ask what the consultation costs, what follow-up visits cost, and whether lab work is extra. Ask how often you would need to come in. Ask whether the clinic takes insurance at all, and what financing costs if you use it. Ask how cancellation works, including whether you must give notice and whether you can get refunds for unused months. Finally, ask for the office hours, since none are listed.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay weight management program at a clinic that also does skin treatments, and you are willing to get the prescriber, price, and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It may not suit you if you need a clinic that names its prescribers, publishes its full pricing, or offers hormone or peptide care.
