For Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, whether the drug is brand-name or compounded, and where it is filled. Ask what the screening blood tests cost, how often follow-up visits and labs happen, and what each one costs. If you are considering hormone therapy, ask which labs are drawn before treatment and during it.

Ask how a payment plan is canceled, whether there is a contract, and what happens to remaining payments if you stop. It does not mention telehealth, so ask whether follow-up can be done by video. Also ask how long the clinic has been open, since it does not say.
