The clinic does not name the providers who prescribe, and it gives no prescriber credentials.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. It does not state a consultation fee, say whether medication is included in any program cost, or say whether it accepts insurance. It does advertise $75 off a first visit when you share your contact information and then book a first treatment, but it does not say which services that discount covers.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who prescribes. Ask for the name and license of the provider who would write your prescription, and whether a physician reviews your case. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication or whether you pay for it separately.
For weight loss, ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name products or compounded versions, and what the medication costs each month. Ask which lab work is required at the start and during treatment, and what it costs. For hormone therapy, ask what the baseline blood work costs and how often levels are rechecked. For peptides, ask whether each compound is FDA-approved or compounded, and where it is sourced. The peptide page calls them pharmaceutical-grade but does not explain where they come from.
Also ask whether telehealth visits are available, since the clinic does not say, and what its office hours are, since none are listed. Finally, ask how cancellation and refunds work, and whether you can stop treatment without a fee.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Salt Lake City or Park City, want a medical spa that also offers medication-based weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide therapy, and are ready to pay directly and get the answers above in writing before you book. If you need a named prescriber, insurance billing, or published prices before you commit, ask those questions first and let the answers decide.
