About Beehive Comprehensive Clinic
What is Beehive Clinic?
Beehive Clinic is a family primary care practice at 3409 W. 12600 S., Ste 230, in Riverton, Utah. The phone is 801-252-6116. Five nurse practitioners prescribe there: Heidi Vawdrey, DNP, APRN, FNP-C; Rachel (Harken) King, DNP, APRN, FNP-C; Christina Maruyama, DNP, APRN, FNP-C; Katie Sardoni, DNP, APRN, FNP-C; and Michelle Cozzens, DNP, APRN, FNP-C.
Its weight and hormone services are medication assisted weight management, perimenopausal and postmenopausal hormone management, and testosterone management. It does not list peptide or longevity services. In its own words: "Our primary care philosophy is prevention oriented, incorporating trauma resolution, nutrition, and lifestyle changes, with appropriate prescription medications."
The clinic has a 4.5 rating from 64 Google reviews. It is moving to Draper, Utah, with a new office opening November 30. The new address is not yet given.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight management or hormone care. Its published prices cover office visits: $200 for a 60 minute visit (new patients, complete adult physicals, mental health intakes, or follow-up of more than three chronic conditions), $125 for a 30 minute visit (mental health follow-up, two or three chronic conditions, sports physicals, or concussion management), and $75 for a 15 minute visit for one focused problem. The prices are dated effective January 1, 2024.
Lab work costs extra. Cash visit fees and lab fees are due in full at the time of service. It does not say whether medication is included in any price. It accepts many insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health and traditional Medicare, but not AARP. It does not describe membership terms or a cancellation policy.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which prescriber will handle weight or hormone care, and whether that person is taking new patients. Heidi Vawdrey and Rachel (Harken) King see established patients only. Christina Maruyama is accepting new patients now, Katie Sardoni from October 1, 2026, and Michelle Cozzens, who lists hormone management among her interests, from November 1, 2026.
Ask whether the price includes medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not name its medications. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether follow-up can be done by video, whether visits will be in Riverton or Draper, and whether any part of the care is billed to insurance.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight or hormone care from a nurse practitioner in a family primary care practice, you can pay cash for visits and labs, and you are willing to get the open questions answered before you book.
