About Realm Medical Arts
What is Realm Medical Arts?
Realm Medical Arts is a medical spa at 286 N University Ave in Provo, Utah. Most of its services are aesthetic: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, PRF and PRP, biostimulators and microneedling. Its wellness side includes IV therapy, B12, glutathione, MIC and NAD injections, a Medical Weight Loss Program that may include GLP-1 options, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and peptide therapy. In its own words: "Peptide therapy options may be available for qualifying patients as part of an individualized wellness plan."
Caitlin Bozek, FNP-C, is the only prescriber the clinic names. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner who reports more than 8 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. The office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, with Saturdays by appointment. Google lists it as a medical spa with a 5 rating from 19 reviews.
What does it cost?
The Medical Weight Loss Consultation is $399 for a 60-minute visit, and it does not include GLP-1 medication. The Hormone Optimization consultation is also $399 and does not include hormone medications. Both can be done virtually or in person. A complimentary 15-minute discovery call is offered if you are unsure where to start. The membership is $99 a month, with a $50 monthly service credit and 10% off eligible treatments. Mobile visits carry a flat $50 travel and setup fee. It does not publish prices for peptide therapy, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription. If the answer is Caitlin Bozek, ask how she trained for medication-based weight management, since her listed specialties include hormone optimization but not weight loss. Ask the monthly cost of the GLP-1 medication, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and what the hormone medications cost. Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost, since labs are coordinated separately. Ask whether the membership applies to the medical programs and how to cancel it. Two phone numbers appear for the clinic, (385) 327-9873 and (805) 901-7486, so confirm which one reaches the office.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a wellness consultation under one roof in Provo or nearby. If your main goal is a medication-based weight or hormone program, get the medication costs and the prescriber's answers in writing before you pay for the $399 visit.
