What is AgapeX?
AgapeX is a functional medicine practice at 2200 Park Ave Suite 100 in Park City, Utah 84060. The clinic names one prescriber, Dr. Kaleigh France, DNP, FNP-BC, who serves as its medical director. It lists eight services: functional medicine, hormone therapy, weight loss, women's health, IV therapy, regenerative medicine, aesthetics and family medicine. Functional medicine frames the whole practice, and its family program lists same-day sick visits alongside advanced testing.
The weight loss program offers injectable peptides. In its own words: "SEMAGLUTIDE (compounded Ozempic alternative)," with a tirzepatide version it calls a compounded Mounjaro alternative. Its hormone services include testosterone therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy for women and a thyroid and adrenal treatment. Testosterone patients can have labs drawn in the office, and prescriptions can be delivered home. The women's health line centers on EMPOWER, a radiofrequency and electrical stimulation device for urinary and pelvic floor concerns. On Google the clinic is rated 5 from 38 reviews and listed as a medical clinic. The phone number is (435) 252-1140.
This listing is for its Park City office at 2200 Park Ave Suite 100.
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish a price for weight loss or hormone therapy. A banner shows "Starting at $99/month" beside an All-Inclusive Anti-Aging Membership, but it does not say what that covers, whether medication is part of it, or whether weight loss is included. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, whether it offers HSA or financing, or how cancellation works. The first step it offers is a free consultation.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription, and whether Dr. France prescribes every medication or whether another provider might. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the injection or whether medication is billed on top. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is compounded, which pharmacy makes it, and how it differs from the brand-name drug. The weight loss injection description also lists vitamins, minerals and lipotropic agents, so ask what is in the injection you would receive and what it adds to the cost.
Ask what the initial labs, follow-up visits and hormone lab work cost, and how often they are required. Ask whether visits can be done by telehealth. One patient review mentions being a telemed patient, but the clinic does not say that itself. Ask for the membership terms in writing, including how to cancel and whether you pay for months you do not use. Confirm the address and hours when you call, because the clinic does not list hours.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a practice that combines primary care questions with cash-pay hormone, weight loss or aesthetic care, and you are ready to get the medication, follow-up and cancellation terms in writing before you commit. If you need insurance billing or a published price list before you call, this clinic does not give one yet.
