About North Peak Hormone & Wellness

What is North Peak Hormone & Wellness?

North Peak Hormone & Wellness is a hormone clinic in Nephi. Jaycee Fausett, FNP-C, a nurse practitioner, owns the practice and is the only person named as its prescriber. Hormone care is the main work, with separate pages for women's hormones and men's hormones. The listed services are Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Optimization, Thyroid Evaluation & Management, and Functional Lab Testing. The medications named are semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone, estradiol and progesterone. Peptide support is offered as an option "when appropriate," and the clinic does not describe it further. The clinic states 10 years of direct patient care experience. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 25 reviews.

No street address, phone number or office hours are published. The owner has said she is on maternity leave, is not taking new patients right now, and is keeping a waiting list until she returns in mid-May. In its own words: "I’ll likely start back with mostly telehealth and limited availability at first."

What does it cost?

Prices are per visit. An initial intake with lab orders is $75, a lab review and treatment plan visit is $250, and a follow-up visit is $175. Each visit includes quick clarifying messages for 30 days afterward. Labs can be billed through insurance or paid at self-pay pricing, but no lab prices are given. It states: "No memberships. No long-term contracts. Just clear, straightforward care."

It does not say whether medication is included in those visit prices, or whether visits are covered by insurance. No weight loss program prices and no hormone medication prices are published. Ask for both before you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the owner is taking new patients now, and when a waiting list would be likely to open. Ask whether the visit prices include medication, and whether semaglutide, tirzepatide or hormone prescriptions are billed on top. Ask whether the weight loss medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.

Ask who writes each prescription, and who covers when Jaycee Fausett is away. Ask what labs cost through insurance compared with self-pay, what a follow-up costs by telehealth compared with in person, and whether any visits are covered by insurance. Ask for the office location and cancellation terms in writing.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want hormone care from a nurse practitioner who is the named prescriber, you can wait for her to take patients again, and you want written medication prices before you commit. It may not suit you if you need an in-person visit soon, since she has said she will start back mostly by telehealth.
