About Edge Medical Lounge / Spa
What is Edge Medical Spa?
Edge Medical Spa is a medical spa and lounge at 32 W. Winchester St., Suite 100, in Murray, Utah. Most of its menu is aesthetic work, from body contouring and laser hair removal to facials, waxing and IV therapy. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy are two of its services within that menu.
The weight loss program names semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide as its medications. Hormone therapy is offered for symptoms such as fatigue, mood changes and low energy. The clinic does not name a prescriber or list any medical credentials. Its material refers only to a "weight loss specialist" and to "providers." It is open Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. and 2 P.M. to 6 P.M., and closed Thursdays and weekends. Its phone number is (801) 281-2273. Google shows a 5-star rating from 58 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for medical weight loss or hormone therapy. The medications are shown as "TBD," and nothing says whether medication is included in any fee. The first 30-minute consultation is complimentary.
Spa memberships are the one place where prices appear. The lowest-priced tier is $99 a month, VIP is $149 and FabulEDGE is $199. Hormone therapy is one of the services those memberships discount, at 10%, 15% and 25% by tier.
The clinic mentions flexible payment options and financing, and it links to Cherry Payment Plans. It does not mention insurance. Cancellation terms for the weight loss and hormone programs are not published. In its own words: "Transparency is fundamental, ensuring clear communication about treatments, pricing, and expectations." The medical prices are the part it leaves out.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who signs the prescription, and whether that person sees you at follow-up or only at intake. Then ask whether the program fee includes the medication. If it does not, ask the monthly cost of each drug, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether any of them can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not describe. Ask whether it takes insurance or only HSA, FSA or financing. If the hormone therapy discount interests you, ask whether it covers the medication or only the visit. Finally, ask how a program is canceled and whether prepaid months are refunded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are considering medical weight loss or hormone therapy in a spa setting and are ready to get the prescriber's name, the medication cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a named physician overseeing your care from the start, or one monthly price that covers medication and labs. If you mainly want the cosmetic menu, the membership pricing is the clearest part of this listing.
