What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescriptions for weight loss, hormone and peptide care, and what licenses they hold. Ask which membership tier covers weight loss medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost on top of a membership, and whether follow-ups can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not address.
Ask whether insurance or an HSA can be used. For Botox and filler, ask who injects you and what training they have, since its injectors are described as trained aesthetic staff. Finally, ask how to cancel after the 3-month commitment phase, and what happens to your Reserve balance if you leave.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and medical programs in one place in Mountain Green and are comfortable with a monthly membership. It is a weaker fit if you need a named prescriber, a published price for each program, or insurance billing before you commit. For weight loss or hormone care in particular, get the prescriber's name and the tier that covers medication in writing before you pay.
