About Peak Concierge Medicine

What is Peak Concierge Medicine?

Peak Concierge Medicine is a clinic at 380 E Main St. Bld. A Ste E in Midway, Utah. Most of its listed work is aesthetic. It names injectables, advanced skincare, laser therapies, medical weight loss and hormone optimization as its services, but the aesthetic offerings take up most of its pages. Botox and Dysport are the only medications it names. Other treatments include Peak Bright light-based photorejuvenation, several HydraFacial packages, microneedling and a Keravive scalp treatment. It also sells skincare from brands including ZO, Alastin and Hydrinity.

The medical side is shorter. The weight loss program is described as a plan that combines lifestyle guidance and medication. Hormone care is listed as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy optimization for men and women.

The clinic does not name anyone who prescribes its medical plans. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 151 reviews. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Monday and Friday by appointment. Telehealth is not mentioned.

What does it cost?

The clinic does not publish prices for medical weight loss or hormone therapy. Both plans say "Book for a complimentary consultation." The weight loss and hormone pages say each plan includes consultation, follow-up visits and medication, and the hormone plan also includes bloodwork. No monthly fee is given for either.

Both medical plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. The aesthetic memberships are separate. Platinum is $200 per month, and Silver and Gold are listed at $100 and $150. Each tier discounts services and retail products by 10%, 15% or 20%. Single aesthetic packages cost more. A three-treatment Signature HydraFacial package is $450, and a three-treatment Keravive HydraScalp package is $900. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who prescribes the weight loss and hormone plans, and what their credentials are. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, which medication it would be, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. The clinic names no weight loss drug on its pages. Ask what the monthly cost comes to, and what follow-up visits and bloodwork cost if they are billed separately. Ask whether the consultation commits you to anything, and whether follow-up can be done by telehealth.

The commitment terms need a direct question too. The medical plans say 3 months, but the membership questions also mention a 6-month commitment. Ask which one applies to you, when charges stop, and how cancellation works once the minimum has passed. Finally, ask whether the clinic bills insurance at all.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss or hormone care at a clinic that also does aesthetic work, you are ready to pay out of pocket for at least 3 months, and you will get the prescriber, the fee and the medication details in writing before you book. It is less suited to someone who needs a published price before calling, or who wants a clinic where the medical side is the main focus.
