What is Utah Trim & Wellness Clinic?
Utah Trim & Wellness Clinic is a medical weight loss and wellness practice at 7400 South Union Park Ave., Suite 201, in Midvale, Utah. The legal entity behind it is Utah Trim Clinic LLC. The practice helps patients throughout Utah, with Midvale and Salt Lake City named among the areas it serves. It has 5 stars across 573 Google reviews, and Google files it under weight loss service. Weight loss is the center of the practice, with body sculpting, aesthetic treatments and wellness injections around it.
The weight loss program uses GLP-1 injections, including semaglutide and tirzepatide options. It also offers GLP-Fast Release Melts for sublingual delivery and what it calls non-prescription GLP-1 options. The body sculpting menu includes EmSculpt NEO, Physiq 360, Invisa-Red, NuFirm, Ultimate Contour and Styku body scanning, plus skin tightening, stretch mark reduction and nutrition support. Wellness peptides include NAD+ and glutathione injections. The practice also offers molecular hydrogen, facials, microneedling, chemical peels, Botox, dermal fillers and Sculptra. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and Saturday, 10am to 2pm. Visits are by appointment only.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. The only dollar figure shown is a new patient offer: $100 off the first month of weight loss medication, paired with a free consultation. The consultation is no obligation and takes place at its Midvale weight loss clinic. In its own words: "We are transparent and upfront pricing." Even so, no price for any treatment appears.
The menu also includes payment plans and a membership program, but no terms appear. There are no monthly fees, cancellation rules or financing details. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether medication is included in any program cost.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who prescribes. No prescriber is named for weight loss prescriptions, so ask for that person's name and credentials before you book. Then ask whether the monthly cost includes medication, and whether the $100 first-month offer applies to the drug or the whole program. Ask whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and what the non-prescription GLP-1 options are and who makes them.
Next, ask what follow-up visits, lab work and dose changes cost. Ask whether the membership or payment plan has a set term, how cancellation works, and whether any insurance is billed. Telehealth is not mentioned, so ask whether any visit can be done remotely, since all visits are by appointment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss care and skin or body treatments in one place, and you are ready to pay cash and get every price in writing before you commit. If you need a named prescriber, a published price or insurance billing before you call, wait until you have those answers.
