What does it cost?

The Weight Loss Membership is $299 a month, and that price includes the medication, which is semaglutide or tirzepetide, adjusted monthly. A one-hour Weight Loss Consult is $100.

The Hormone Membership is $199 a month. It covers an initial consult, initial and follow-up bloodwork, injectable or pelleted hormone, a discounted neurotoxin, and B-12 injections each month. A 45-minute Hormone Consult is $100. The All Inclusive Membership is $599 a month and combines hormone management, the Neurotoxin Membership and a 60-minute teeth whitening session.

The Neurotoxin Membership is $29.99 a month, credited toward Botox at $10 a unit or Xeomin at $9 a unit. Botox billed without a membership is $11 a unit. The Teeth Whitening Membership is $99 a month.
