About Spa One

What is Spa One?

Spa One is a day spa and med spa at 1706 N. Heritage Park Boulevard, Suite 1, Layton, Utah 84041. The phone number is 801-919-6667, and it is open seven days a week from 9 am to 9 pm, with walk-ins welcome. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.9 rating from 1192 reviews.

Most of what it does is spa and aesthetic work: massage, facials, pedicures, lashes and brows, skin treatments, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal. Its injectables include Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Sculptra, and Kybella. Weight loss is one more service on that list, offered as GLP-1 injections with semaglutide or tirzepatide. The clinic lists no hormone therapy or peptide therapy.

Dr. Benson is the only prescriber the clinic names. It does not list prescriber credentials for the GLP-1 care. The program includes a customized plan, medication, and supplies. You can inject at home, or staff can assist you at the spa at no charge.

What does it cost?

Semaglutide starts at $136 for members and $170 for non-members. Tirzepatide starts at $320 for members and $400 for non-members. The clinic does not say whether these prices are per month or per visit, and it does not say whether they include the medication. It describes the program this way: "We provide everything you need: customized plan, medication, and supplies." Separately, a medical-guided weight plan is listed as starting as low as $59 a month with Cherry, but the clinic does not say what that plan covers.

It does not state that it accepts insurance. The payment option it names is Cherry, which offers low monthly payments. It does not publish a consultation fee.

A membership costs $180 a year. It renews automatically on the anniversary date and gives members $40 off massages and facials and 20% off most other treatments. You can cancel by call, text, or email at any time, but cancelling does not refund fees already paid.

What should you ask before you book?

Who writes the GLP-1 prescription, and what training do they have for weight care? Dr. Benson is the only name given.

Does the $136 or $320 price cover the medication and supplies, and is it charged monthly or per visit?

Are semaglutide and tirzepatide brand-name products or compounded versions, and where is the medication supplied from?

What do follow-up visits and lab work cost, and are they included in the program price?

Can the program run without in-person visits? The clinic does not mention telehealth.

Which no-show fee applies? The spa policy lists $75 per person, while the terms of service list $100 per treatment hour.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want GLP-1 injections at a spa in Layton, are comfortable with weight care sitting alongside massage and skin treatments, and will get the prescriber, the monthly price, and the medication details in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a named prescriber with listed credentials for the weight program, or a published per-month price you can compare with other clinics before booking.
