About MTN HLTH

What is MTN HLTH?

MTN HLTH is a cash-pay clinic at 186 N 100 E Suite A Room 6 in Kaysville, Utah, reachable at (801) 823-4158. It describes itself as complete health optimization, and its main work is hormone, metabolic and longevity care. Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 5 rating from 53 reviews.

Its services are testosterone optimization, women's hormone optimization, metabolic and weight optimization, health coaching, body composition tracking, advanced diagnostic testing, and recovery and regenerative care. Weight loss is one of them, not the whole practice. The prescribers are Bryan Bernhardt, PA-C, Sarah Buckway, PA-C, and Joe Lyman, APRN. Between visits, care runs through an app for messages, bookings, refills and lab results, and video visits are offered. Its FAQ names HCG and Enclomiphene as options for preserving fertility during testosterone therapy.

What does it cost?

Medical Weight Loss is $99 a month, and medication is not included. The longevity membership starts at $129 a month and can be billed every 6 months, quarterly or monthly. Testosterone optimization starts at $89 a month. Membership is required. The initial evaluation is $250, varying by provider, and the evaluation total starts at $499 once a $249 lab panel is added. Labs are not included in membership.

Medication is billed separately, and the clinic does not publish medication prices. It says it will give exact costs once a treatment plan is set. It does not bill insurance, though HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout. In its own words: "Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time with 30 days’ notice before your next bill date." Refunds are not issued once a billing period has started.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which of the three clinicians will sign your prescriptions and who manages your labs. Ask whether any medication is brand-name or compounded, and what it costs each month on top of the $99 fee. The clinic does not say which weight loss medications it prescribes or whether it prescribes GLP-1 medications, so ask directly.

Ask for the hours, the towns it serves and how long it has been open, since none of these are listed. Ask what follow-up visits and labs cost beyond membership. Confirm the cancellation steps: 30 days' notice before your next bill date, given in the app, by text or at a visit.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you expect to pay cash for a membership and your medication, want one named clinician handling your messages, labs and refills, and are comfortable getting the answers above before you commit. If you need insurance billing or published medication prices, call first and ask.
