What is Impact Medical?
Impact Medical is a concierge primary care practice in Utah. Patients pay a flat monthly membership for direct access to their physicians. It has offices in Heber City and American Fork, and it also sees patients by telehealth across Utah. The practice names three physicians: Dr. Ben Fogg, MD; Dr. Erika Noonan, MD, FAAFP, NCMP; and Dr. Leslie McNaughtan, MD.
Weight loss is one of several services, not the main business. Its weight loss page names Ozempic and Wegovy (semaglutide) and Mounjaro and Zepbound (tirzepatide) as options, "FDA-approved weight loss medications when clinically appropriate." Other services include men's testosterone and hormone optimization, women's health, a memory and brain health program, mental health care, and a longevity program called Impact 100. The practice lists hours of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 5 reviews.
This listing is for its Heber City office at 1776 North Highway 40, Suite 101.
What does it cost?
The DPC Primary Care Membership is $150 per month. It includes unlimited visits with same or next day availability, 30 to 60 minute appointments, direct messaging Monday through Friday, coordinated specialist referrals, telehealth, and advanced diagnostic services at discounted cash prices. The practice does not bill insurance. In its own words: "Impact Medical operates on a flat membership model with no insurance billing, no copays, and no surprise charges."
The Concierge Membership adds full enrollment in Impact 100, plus DEXA, VO2 max testing, and an advanced blood panel. It publishes no price and asks you to contact the office. It publishes no prices for weight loss or hormone care, and it does not say whether prescription medication is part of the $150 fee. A free consultation is offered. It does not state a contract length or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the three physicians will prescribe for weight loss or hormone care, and whether that same doctor will manage your follow-up. Ask whether the $150 fee includes any prescription medication, or whether the drug is billed separately. If you are considering a GLP-1, ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost outside the membership. Ask what the Concierge Membership and Impact 100 cost. Ask how you cancel and whether there is a minimum commitment. The practice does not say when it opened, so ask that too. The Heber City line is (435) 200-5000.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a primary care doctor on a flat monthly fee, paid in cash, and you want weight loss medication or hormone care handled by the same practice. If you need prices and cancellation terms in writing before you pay, get them first, since the practice does not publish them.
