About ALYZE
What is ALYZE?
ALYZE is a Whole Health Club at 155 W 500 S #3 in Bountiful, Utah, and most of what it is comes from the gym side. It has a gym, a Reformer Pilates studio, sauna and cold plunge, and a CLIA-certified lab on site. Its medical services include functional medicine, GLP-1 care with semaglutide or tirzepatide, hormone therapy for women, testosterone therapy, peptide therapy, IV and vitamin injections, and bloodwork.
Tyra Hepworth, DNP, is the Medical Director and the only prescriber ALYZE names. Its other clinicians are described as licensed medical practitioners, but no other prescriber is named. Hours are Monday through Friday 05:00 to 22:00, Saturday 06:00 to 16:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 15:00. The phone number is (801) 348-6440. Google shows the business at 4.5 from 43 reviews, listed under the wellness center category.
What does it cost?
The consult is $150, and that fee is named for both GLP-1 care and hormone care. GLP-1 follow-ups are $75. Memberships start at $149 a month for Access, $249 a month for Club and $499 a month for Signature. Club includes 12 credits a month for Pilates, classes, red light, Aescape and personal training, plus 15% off testing and medical care. DEXA is listed at $100 on Access. Your first week is free, with no card on file.
ALYZE does not say whether medication is included in its GLP-1 price. It publishes no prices for testosterone, peptide therapy or hormone therapy beyond the consult fee. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not mention HSA or financing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for each medication, and whether Tyra Hepworth will be your prescriber or someone else at the clinic. The clinic's disclaimer mentions both telehealth and in-person evaluations, but it does not say which one applies to you, so ask whether the first visit can be done remotely.
Ask whether the monthly GLP-1 price includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. The disclaimer notes that some compounds may be prescribed off-label or compounded, so get the answer in writing. Ask which peptides are offered and whether any of them are compounded.
Ask what follow-ups, bloodwork and DEXA scans cost between consults, since the 90-day retest is part of the plan. Ask whether any of these visits are billed to insurance. Ask how a membership is cancelled and whether a medication plan has a minimum term.
Ask whether you are a candidate for GLP-1 care. In its own words: "A practitioner decides that after your exam and will tell you plainly."
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a gym, bloodwork and a prescriber working from the same chart, and you are ready to pay per visit and per membership out of pocket. If you need a clear monthly price for medication, or your plan depends on insurance, get those answers from the clinic before you book.
