Memberships are the only prices it publishes. Level Up Core is $99 a month and includes one vitamin injection, 10% off IV infusions and a $25 IV upgrade credit each month. Level Up Core PLUS is $199 a month and includes one IV infusion from its $185 menu, two vitamin injections and free unlimited red light therapy. Core PLUS has a 3-month minimum term, and canceling before 3 months carries a $199 early termination fee. Labs are not included in either membership.
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or peptides, and it does not say whether medication is part of any price. It also does not say whether it accepts insurance.
