I-Vit Wellness Lounge is at 300 S. 2nd St. Suite 7 in downtown Waco, TX 76701. Most of what it offers is IV therapy, with drips and vitamin injections in a lounge setting. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturday mornings. It also lists a semaglutide and tirzepatide weight loss program and a peptide menu, although Google files it as a medical spa. Google rates it 5 stars from 53 reviews. It does not list hormone therapy.
James O. Hill II, DO, owns the practice and serves as its medical director. In its own words: "All medical services are provided by the Practice under the direction and supervision of James O. Hill II, DO, Medical Director." He is the only prescriber the clinic names.
What does it cost?
The drips and injections have published prices. Normal saline is $80, lactated ringer $100, Myers Classic $160, Myers Top Shelf $205, Optimum Performance $250 and Elite Wellness & Recovery $345. Weight Management is $160, Immune Boost and Migraine Relief are $180 each, and glutathione runs $110, $170 or $200 depending on dose. Build Your Classic starts at $165+, with $20 per selection. Single injections run $20 to $35.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide have no published prices, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. It does not state a consultation fee, an insurance policy or cancellation terms. Its Discount Club and Hydration VIP Membership are listed without prices. Code BOOKAHEAD takes 5% off, and VIP after-hours visits from 6pm to 8pm carry a small fee.

Who writes the prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide, and will that same person see you at follow-up? Does the monthly figure include the medication, and what is the full amount you will pay each month? Is the medication a brand name product or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it? What do the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost? For the peptides (CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, tesamorelin, sermorelin and GHK-Cu), no price or description is given, so ask what each one is, who prescribes it and what it costs. Ask how to cancel, and whether you owe the rest of the month if you do. The Weight Management drip is an IV bag, not the semaglutide program, so confirm which one you are buying.

This is a good fit if you want IV drips or vitamin injections in a lounge setting and are comfortable paying per visit. If you are looking at prescription weight loss or peptides, call first and get the prescriber, the monthly total and the cancellation terms before you book.
